Below are the 3 different modes on FITzOn that you can workout using

FITzOn allows you to work out in a single-player mode. (You can also share your stats with your fellow community members to unlock the perks offered by corresponding team ambassadors.)

Players will equip a 3D NFT wearable and earn tokens from their fitness challenges. The amount of your 'Energy' points will affect the amount of $FIT tokens award you are eligible for.

The time taken to consume one Energy point is dependent on the intensity of the Fitness Challenge. For instance, 1 Energy point could take 10 minutes to consume in a Yoga Challenge whereas it may take just 2 minutes in a Jumprope Challenge.

$FIT and $FZN will be paid out after every 1 Energy point you consumed.

When you run out of Energy points, you may continue to perform fitness challenges but no tokens are earned.

Work out as a group along with your team.

When you join FITzOn Discord, you are asked to choose one out of 3 options for the given question and you are randomly associated with a team.

As a team, you can come up create a link, invite your fellow team members, and workout together.

The points earned in this category are distributed equally. However, the attributes and earnings are yet to be finalized.

Earning Factors

Player earnings are dependent upon 5 factors:

  1. Types of wearables: Wearing an NFT that matches your current workout routine will accelerate token rewards. A Cardio NFT will match a cardio workout better than an Endurance NFT, for example. Non-matching NFT wearables will still earn the player tokens, but not at the same level as a matching pair.

  2. Player XP attribute: The higher your XP is for a particular fitness type (i.e. Cardio), the more Energy points you will have for that corresponding fitness challenge type.

  3. Wearable Efficiency attribute: The higher the efficiency, the more $FIT earned per Energy point spent.

  4. Wearable Fashion Index attribute: At Wearable Level 25, players will begin earning $FZN tokens. The higher the Wearable Fashion Index, the more $FZN can be earned. Players can freely switch between $FZN or $FIT as a reward anytime. For more details on $FZN, please refer to the section.

  5. Session Score: Each fitness challenge has its own scoring system. For example, you must keep your speed within a certain range for Cardio Challenges; your postures must meet the criteria in Strength and Flex Challenges; The closer you are to a perfect score, the more tokens you earn.
